The department are developing a Talent ID education pathway to help professionalise the scouting industry, working with professional clubs to offer bespoke support for their coaches and scouts involved in the recruitment of players for their academies and support the selection of players for England U15 to senior squads.
Whilst working at The FA, Nick spent six years coaching part-time in a Category 1 Premier League Academy, specialising in the Foundation Phase and working with younger players. He completed his FA Advanced Youth Award during this time, along with a Masters in Education and Creativity, and has been a Board Member at the Aspirations Academy Trust for the last three years.
